Mona graduated from UBC with a Bachelors in Genetics with a focus on Cell Biology. She later completed her BSN and recently her Masters in Nurse Practitioner at UBC with a focus on family medicine. Her past experience involves working in various settings including Emergency Room, Step Down Acute, and Pediatrics. Apart from work, she has a passion and extensive experience in medical research including publications and international work experience in Kathmandu, Nepal.

She provides primary care services to patients of all ages including newborns. She has a specific interest in chronic disease management and prevention and women’s health. In practice, she takes a holistic approach that is tailored to each patient and encourages a balanced body and mind.
